Qualified structures’ obligations and disciplinary actions
A qualified company must comply with certain obligations defined by the OPQIBI.
The contractor must notably :
- comply with the OPQIBI rules of conduct, and ensure that these rules are also respected by employees,
- inform the OPQIBI of any significant change likely to affecter the qualification,
- use the OPQIBI qualification and logo, in accordance with a reference graphics charter.
In the event of non-compliance with any of these obligations, or of non-compliant conduct, the qualified contractor may be issued a warning, or the qualification may be suspended or totally or partially withdrawn.
