Who can obtain the qualification ?

Any structure awarded engineering contracts (or that has submitted tenders) can apply for the OPQIBI qualification :

• Whether the structure is a member of any trade association or not,
• Whether it is recently formed or formed many years ago,
• Irrespective of its size,
• Irrespective of its legal status,
• Irrespective of its activity code,
• Whether engineering is its main activity or is secondary,
• Whether the structure is independent or is a subsidiary of a private or public structure,
• Whether the structure be subject to professional regulations or not,
• Whether the structure be French or foreign.
