Who can obtain the qualification ?
Any structure awarded engineering contracts (or that has submitted tenders) can apply for the OPQIBI qualification :
- Whether the structure is a member of any trade association or not,
- Whether it is recently formed or formed many years ago,
- Irrespective of its size,
- Irrespective of its legal status,
- Irrespective of its activity code,
- Whether engineering is its main activity or is secondary,
- Whether the structure is independent or is a subsidiary of a private or public structure,
- Whether the structure be subject to professional regulations or not,
- Whether the structure be French or foreign.
